The CMC Accelerator Program is a set of intensive training tracks designed to help freshmen quickly build the knowledge and skills required for careers in investment banking, private equity, and related areas of finance. The program spans general technical training and recruiting preparation, as well as focused accelerators covering specific industry and product groups.

Each accelerator is intended for highly motivated students and requires lectures, readings, mock interviews, and collaborative projects. The program is designed to provide a structured environment that prepares participants for the competitive sophomore-year recruiting cycle.
